We hope everyone had a nice Valentine's day. Also, happy birthday to Mama (or as Ashley calls her, Mi Mim), who is the big 60, and Grandmommie.
Ashley's vocabulary is ever increasing! She will repeat EVERYTHING and she will do it in such a cute little voice that it makes you smile, even if it's not something to smile about. I was changing a diaper one day and didn't realize that it was a WHOPPER until I got it open and it was everywhere. I said, "Oh crap!" and so did she. Now, she says it all the time. Of course hers is more like "Oh Cwap!" but still adorable!
She has also picked up "Ok" with a vengence. I believe that this translates to her version of "yes" even though she can say that too...who knows? "Ashley, do you want some more chocolate milk?" "Ok." It's like I had to talk her into it...HAHAHAHA!!!
"Delicious" really does make sense every time she uses it. She picked this one up from her favorite show, Max & Ruby, and it is so precious. She will act like she is taking a drink out of one of her teacups and then rub her belly and say, "Dewicious!" My mom really thinks that this is the cutest thing ever!!! I have to say that I agree. :0)
Though she talks about it CONSTANTLY and actually did do it twice over the weekend, she really isn't ready to potty train. But all I seem to hear every waking moment is, "Mommy, I pee pee in potty" She takes her clothes off, sits down, then wants "paper" to wipe and then darts off naked all over the house. I'm right behind her chasing with her clothes in my hand and she wants NONE of that! Ahhh...how cute little naked baby butts are!!!!!
