I'm not sure if everyone was aware or not, but Ashley has been very sick. She was admitted to the hospital last week with A and B strains of flu. She was throwing up and had diarrhea and became severely dehydrated. The flu has been so rampant that even with her being vaccinated, she still got two strains. The doctor said that is rare. She was in the hospital Thursday and Friday of last week and we got home around 7 last Friday night. She is still not eating as well as I'd like, but she's definitely a lot better. Of course, with her being sick, I also got the flu. Even though I was put on Tami-flu, I still came down with secondary bacterial infections (sinus infection, ear infection in both ears and bronchitis) and had to go to the doctor twice myself.
I think that we are both on the mend and hopefully will be ourselves again soon. Please keep us in your prayers!
